What an amazing voice and acting!!! I’ve been stunned by her performance as Donna Anna yesterday at the Met (7-Nov), From the first duo with Don Ottavio to the “Non mir dir”, she brought so much emotion on stage that I felt like crying. Bravo! The whole cast of Don Giovanni was incredible. As usual, New Yorkers are too old and apathetic to appreciate the singers but that would have deserved a standing ovation. At least, I was deeply moved. Merci!!! Looking forward to her next role at the Met.

Dear Marina,
I had the fortune to collect a birthday present at the Opera (via HD-link to Sweden) a couple of days ago. It was the first time for me in many years and Don Giovanni from the Met was on the menu.
When the break came, I told my mom (who gave me the gift) that I liked Anna´s (your) singing the most! When it came to me, from the intervjus, that this was your first role on the Met, I had a hard time believing it (I am not completely sure I understood it correctly, but that is how I remember it)!
I hope to enjoy your lovely voice many more times in the future. You really made a deep impression to me!
